The trial can be started by any player by going to the clinic. Once there they can sign up for the Visorex trial — a potent drug with the purpose of making the people who take it more submissive over time.
The trial are attended every 3 days.
Once the dominant/submissive alignment of the player is determined, their wage per session is calculated off it.
The trial itself consists of sessions that have 3 simulations each. Each simulation happens in a VR world with the same NPC and it gets more intense and exhausting.
There are also evaluations that happen randomly and are meant to check up on the progress of the player.
Each of the session scenes has two options. One that's more submissive and one that's more dominant. What you choose more of decides which ending you get: the standard ending, the bad ending that keeps you locked into a exam room forever, and the fun ending where you get to choose whether you'd like to humiliate, steal from, or have sex with one of the doctors begin the trial.
There are no incorrect answers as whatever you choose you will lead to some kind of ending.
The bad ending (where you turn out to be very submissive) is the only one that you can't come back from.
